Parents
Parents are the heart and soul of The Academy experience. They represent an essential part of the learning triangle, a partnership between teacher, student, and parent. Parent giving and volunteerism enhance student life and demonstrate appreciation for the teachers and staff.

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is the formal structure for the parent engagement group. Led by chairs or co-chairs, the organization also includes grade level representatives and/or classroom parents. On-going and annual activities of the organization raise funds for instructional resources and teacher appreciation.
